Return Window
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

With tags attached.

In the original packaging.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
⚠️ Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Fee

Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in cases of “change of mind” or exchange requests.

Evory Responsibility: Evory will cover the return shipping cost if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Custom-Made Items
Due to the nature of custom-made products, we cannot cancel or accept returns for custom orders, unless defective or damaged.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will promptly evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the product you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet been sent to our warehouse for picking and packing.

If your order has already left our warehouse, please wait for it to arrive before initiating a return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

No restocking fees are applied.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
