Shipping Charge and Time

Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time

Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).

Transit Time: 5–8 business days (Monday to Friday).

Order Cut-Off Time: Monday to Friday: 5:00 PM (EST).

All products go through a processing phase before shipment; therefore, a handling time is required.

Shipping Charge: We offer Free Standard Shipping within the United States.

We will make every reasonable effort to ensure delivery within the estimated timeframe. In case of delays, we will notify you immediately and take steps to minimize any inconvenience.

Shipping Method

We primarily use USPS, FedEx, or UPS to ship orders. Your order will first be processed at our facilities and then completed by the shipping provider.

Tracking

All orders include a tracking number, so you can follow your package until it arrives safely at your door.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred when reshipping the package.
